Jamie Ciabattari

President

Jamie brings both personal and professional passion to the role of President. As a pediatric physical therapist and parent of three boys — two of them active soccer players — Jamie understands firsthand how youth sports shape development, confidence, and teamwork.

As President, Jamie is committed to expanding opportunities for all players, building an inclusive environment, and making sure every kid in our community has the chance to love the game.

Christian Bartulovich

Vice President

Christian brings a deep commitment to soccer and community to his role on the JTYSA Board. As the head coach of the Jim Thorpe Area High School Girls Varsity Soccer program, Christian has firsthand experience developing young players at the competitive level — and a clear vision for what a strong foundation at the youth level can mean for their future.
A Penn Forest Township resident, Township Supervisor, and parent of three kids in the JTYSA program, Christian is as invested in this club as anyone on the board. He is dedicated to building a program that gives every local player the opportunity to grow, compete, and thrive.

Ryan Fatzinger

Risk Management Coordinator

Ryan wears a lot of hats at JTYSA — board member, Risk Management Coordinator, coach, and soccer dad. A youth soccer player himself, Ryan knows firsthand what the game means to kids in this community and brings that perspective to everything he does with the club. As a U9 coach and one of the driving forces behind the club's administrative operations, his attention to detail and commitment to getting things right behind the scenes — from coach clearances to day-to-day operations — keeps the club running smoothly on and off the field. At the end of the day though, it's personal — Ryan is out there every Saturday cheering on his daughter, just like every other family in the program.

Rachel Shisler

Director

Rachel brings the energy of a true soccer parent to the JTYSA Board. A stay-at-home mom of two boys in the program — one U9 and one U11 — she's at every practice and every game, cheering from the sidelines and living her best life right alongside the families she serves. An active committee member stepping into board duties for the first time, she's driven by a simple goal: to serve the kids in our community, and their parents, to the very best of her ability.

Frank Green

Director

Frank brings a coach's dedication and a father's perspective to the JTYSA Board. As a U11 coach of twin girls in the program, Frank has a personal stake in making sure every practice and every game day is a great experience. His commitment to the kids on his team carries directly into his work helping build this club from the ground up.

Jyl Venditti

Non-Director Treasurer

Jyl keeps JTYSA's finances organized and transparent so every dollar goes where it matters most — back into the program and the kids who play in it. No stranger to the role, Jyl brings hands-on treasurer experience from serving her son's local Cub Scout troop, and that same community-focused approach carries right over to the soccer field. When she's not managing the club's books, you'll find her coaching on the U11 field — because for Jyl, being part of this club goes well beyond the balance sheet.
