COACHES & VOLUNTEERS HUB

It Takes a Village (And a Lot of Parents!)

Local parents run JTYSA. We do not have a paid staff. Every coach on the sideline, every person painting the lines on Friday night, and every board member is a volunteer.

Simply put, our kids cannot play without you.

You do not need to be a soccer expert to help. Whether you can coach a team, paint the field lines, or work the concession stand for an hour on Saturday, your time matters. When parents step up, our kids win.

Thank you to every volunteer who keeps our league running season after season. Let's get on the field together!

Learn More About The Volunteer Bond Program

Beginning with the Fall 2026 season, we are introducing a Volunteer Bond as part of the registration process.

Here is how it works:
  • At registration, each family will pay a one-time, refundable Volunteer Bond of $50 in addition to their standard registration fee.

  • During the season, each family will be asked to complete a minimum volunteer commitment (details below).

  • Families who fulfill their volunteer commitment will receive a full refund of their $50 bond at the end of the season.

  • Families who are unable to fulfill their commitment will forfeit the bond, with those funds going directly toward club operations and programs.
